Terms and Conditions
Sensitive Souls is the trading name of Clare Hubert.
Healing and therapy sessions are carried out in your own home, at my home located at IP3 8PU or an alternative agreed location. Full address will be provided upon booking. If I attend at your own home and you are located within a 5 mile radius of IP3 8PU there is not an additional charge for mileage. Should you be out of this radius, mileage will be charged at 50p per extra mile out of the radius. If free parking is not available this will also be an additional charge.
If you would like to go ahead with a treatment, please contact me to arrange a suitable time and date and arrange payment of a deposit. All therapy sessions require a deposit to secure your appointment, with full payment due at your session.
If after the 7 day cooling off period you would like to cancel your appointment, a refund of the deposit will be given provided you have given at least 48 hour’s notice. If you have given less than 48 hour’s notice then I reserve the right to keep the deposit unless I find another booking to fill the available slot.

If for any reason I have to cancel an appointment, an alternative time and date will be offered.
If this is not suitable I will refund your deposit.
The therapies I offer are complimentary therapies and should not be used as an alternative to medical help. If you have any concerns, please speak to your medical professional.
All workshops require a deposit to secure a place, with full payment 2 weeks in advance.
If you cancel, you will be offered an alternative date. However if you do not wish to attend or an alternative date is not available:
Cancel more than 14 days in advance of workshop – unless I can fill your place, I reserve the right to keep the deposit.
Cancellation 13 days or less from workshop date – unless I can fill the place then full payment will be kept unless you can transfer to another workshop if available. If no other workshops are available, full payment will be kept.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
